Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is pre-order?

Occasionally some items may be available for sale on our website as a PRE-ORDER. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock. These items will be marked as PRE-ORDER, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. You will be charged when you place the order.

How long does order processing take?

Our team endeavours to process all orders as quickly as possible, with REGULAR online orders being processed and ready ready for collection within 1-5 business days. However, please allow for additional processing time during periods with high order volumes. PRE-ORDER is between 2-4 weeks.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the quick processing of our orders, there is a small window to cancel or change orders.

If we are unable to cancel or adjust the order in time you can return the unwanted products. You will need to place a second order for the correct garments.

What currency are the prices in?

All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Bucks (AUD).

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you ship?

No. At this point in time, we only offer free pick-up from Dulwich Hill Public School. Please enter your kids name and class in the mini cart before checkout. Your child will be notified once ready and collect from the front office and instructed to place directly in their bag. We'll notify you via email once this happens. If there are any issues, please contact us at dullychill@gmail.com.

How do I collect my order?

Please enter your child's name and class in the mini cart before checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification. Your child will be instructed to collect from the front office and place the order directly in their bag. If there are any issues, please contact us at dullychill@gmail.com.

What is your returns policy?

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original condition. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.

Where are your products made?

All t shirts are screen printed locally with great care by Tony at Well Spotted in Bankstown, Sydney.

The t shirts themselves are by AS Colour, chosen for their high quality fabric, great colours and nice fit.
